Behavioral Health Patient Access Specialist/MA: Assist Behavioral Health providers and other members of the BH care team by performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to various clerical tasks and front office responsibilities. The Patient Access Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking behavioral health services, managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and medical record maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a compassionate approach to patient service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality patient care while working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Diabetic Program LPN/CMA: The Diabetes Program Referral Nurse (MA/LPN) functions as the primary triage and coordination resource for the Diabetes Education and Medication Management program. This role is responsible for triaging diabetic patients, processing and managing referrals, sending clinical summaries, completing lab callbacks, handling medication refill requests, and assisting with individualized care plans under provider direction. The position ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and continuity of care while supporting quality measures and patient outcomes.
Certified Medical Assistant: Performs a variety of patient care activities to ensure appropriate patient flow. The Medical Assistant Float covers all aspects of the clinic including but not limited to triage, referral nurse, and patient access specialist in primary care and pediatrics.
